Frequently asked questions

How do I get a domain?
You purchase your own domain (e.g. from Zone.ee for ~€15/year). We help with setup and connection. The domain always stays in your name — we never tie it to our account.
What exactly does €9/month cover?
Hosting (keeping the site live), automatic SSL renewal, technical monitoring (is the site up), backups, and 1 edit per month (text, phone number, image swap). additional edits from €20.
Is the monthly fee mandatory?
Yes — €9/month covers technical upkeep (hosting, SSL, monitoring). If you cancel, the site is taken offline and no longer publicly available. You can give 30 days' notice; you'll receive your files, and the domain stays in your name.
Can I edit the site myself?
No — only we make edits. You email "change this sentence / swap this phone number / upload this photo" and we handle it. This is part of the €9/month (1 edit per month, additional edits from €20). This way the site stays technically intact and nothing breaks.
What are your payment terms?
All payments are by invoice — no automatic card billing. The setup invoice is issued after you approve the mockup (not upfront). The monthly invoice is emailed to you each month with a 14-day payment term. Iluehe OÜ is currently not VAT-registered — invoices are VAT-free.
What if I'm not happy?
14-day money-back guarantee after launch, no questions asked. On top of that we show you the mockup before any payment — you approve the final version before the setup invoice is issued. Either way, you carry no real risk.
How fast do you handle changes?
Typically 1–3 business days. Urgent changes by arrangement same or next business day (may include a small extra fee).
