Setup fee depends on your legal form and how recently you registered. Exact prices and the special price for new businesses (registered in the Estonian Business Register within the last 6 months) are in the pricing section above. When ordering, we verify the registry code and confirm your eligibility.

Pick based on what you already have:

• Plan 1 — you already have your own domain, email and server. Pay only the setup fee, with an optional +€49 deployment to your existing server.
• Plan 2 — you use Gmail or an existing email, but need a domain and our hosting.
• Plan 3 — you want an official mailbox on your own domain and everything in one place. Best fit for most new businesses.

Depends on the plan:

• Plan 1 — you already have a domain, or you buy one yourself (e.g. via Zone.ee, ~€15/year).
• Plan 2 and Plan 3 — domain is included in the recurring fee. We register it in your name (.ee, .com, .net, .eu). Exotic TLDs (.io, .ai etc.) are arranged separately.

The domain always stays with you — if you leave us, you take it with you.

Plan 2 (from €12.42/month on the 12-month billing cycle):
• Hosting + automatic SSL
• Domain in your name
• Technical maintenance 24/7 (monitoring, backups)
• 1 content edit per month

Plan 3 (from €16.58/month on the 12-month billing cycle):
• Everything in Plan 2
• Official mailbox on your domain + spam protection

Pick a billing period of 1, 3, 6 or 12 months — longer periods are cheaper.

No — it depends on you. With Plan 1 you pay only the one-off setup fee and get the source files. There is no recurring fee to us.

Plan 2 and Plan 3 include our hosting, domain and (in Plan 3) email mailbox — those come with a recurring fee on your chosen billing period.

Depends on the plan:

• Plan 1 — the site lives on your own server and you have the source files, so you can edit anything yourself (or with help from your own IT person).
• Plan 2 and Plan 3 — we make the edits. You email "change this sentence / swap this phone number" and we handle it. This way the site stays technically intact and nothing breaks. Each month includes 1 content edit; additional edits from €20 each.

You pay only after you approve the design — before payment we show you the finished mockup and run up to 2 rounds of revisions within the price. Until you've approved the draft, you have no payment obligation.

After you've approved the design, the personalised service has commenced and the setup fee is non-refundable. This is standard practice for personalised services (created specifically for you).

Notify us by email before the end of the current billing period that you don't want to renew. The service continues until the end of the period you've already paid for and then ends automatically — no new invoice is issued.

Example: on a 3-month plan, notify us before the end of the third month — the service ends at the close of the third month.

Advance payments for the current period are non-refundable, even if you wish to stop mid-period.

All payments are by invoice — no automatic card billing. Setup invoice issued after draft approval. Recurring plans (1/3/6/12 months) are paid in advance at the start of the period. Invoice payment term is 14 days. Not VAT-registered — invoices are VAT-free.
