Frequently asked questions

Do you work in English or Estonian?
Both. We're an Estonian company, but happy to communicate, contract and invoice in English. Your website can also be multilingual (e.g. Estonian + English + Russian).
How do I get a domain?
Every plan includes a domain (.ee, .eu or .com). If you already have one, we'll connect it for free. The domain stays in your name — always.
What happens if I want to leave?
No problem. You can cancel with 30 days' notice. You'll keep all files and the domain — nothing is held hostage.
Can I edit the site myself?
Yes — on the Standard and Pro plans we give you admin access. But most clients prefer to just message us "change this sentence" — that's the whole point.
Is hosting and SSL included?
Yes. The monthly fee covers hosting, SSL (https), backups and technical maintenance. You don't need to buy anything separately.
What are your payment terms?
You pay the setup fee after approving the mockup (not upfront). Monthly fee is billed via e-invoice or card. We're VAT-registered — invoices include VAT.
What if I'm not happy?
You have 14 days after launch for a full refund, no questions asked. Our business doesn't work with unhappy customers.
How fast do you handle changes?
Lite — within 3 business days. Standard — 1–2 business days. Pro — same day or next business day.
